DAMAGED PARCELS & PRODUCTS

Should you in the rare occasion receive a damaged parcel or product please do not open it and keep it remained sealed. Please contact us by email as we will arrange a collection for the damaged parcel or dispatch a new parcel. We advise all customers to open their parcels over a surface which can be easily cleaned if a nail lacquer/paint spills onto it. MIA Laurens Paris does not hold any responsibility for a household product, furniture or surrounding that may become damaged due to a product or parcel arriving damaged. MIA Laurens Paris will compensate for the damaged product by a replacement or money back. MIA Laurens Paris will not compensate for surroundings, furniture, clothing or in house items which may become affected or damaged by the damaged parcel or product.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have certain rights under the law. These include:

That any products supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Website;

A right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning the day after the day on which You receive the product, and to receive a full refund, even if the product is not defective. This right is subject to certain conditions and exceptions (see “Return of non-faulty goods” below).

RETURN OF NON-FAULTY GOODS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us. If not, you have the right to return the product to us and receive a full refund provided:

You notify us via email at salesUSA@laurens-cosmetics.com, or write to us at this address, Mia Cosmetics USA Llc. 4581 Weston Rd # 275. Weston, Florida 33331 that you are cancelling your purchase no later than the 14 working days after the day on which you received your product.

You have taken reasonable care of the product prior to return – in particular this means they must not have been damaged; you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty or incorrect Please return the Product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

We will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge of any goods returned no later than 28 days from the day when you give us notice of cancellation.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.

We cannot accept the return of any products that have been used or have had the seal broken.

RETURNS

The customer has the possibility to exercise his right of withdrawal on the purchase of products made in our store within fourteen working days according to the calendar of your locality, from the reception of the order at the chosen delivery address.

The products must be in perfect condition, must not have been used and must retain their original labels.

LAURENS reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these specific conditions.

In order to proceed with product returns, within fourteen working days following receipt of the order, you must send an email to the address: salesUSA@laurens-cosmetics.com indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products to be returned.

Then LAURENS will contact you to arrange the shipping of the product. LAURENS will reject the receipt of any refund made sent in “Cash on Delivery” mode.

Once the request for the right of withdrawal has been received by the buyer and once the merchandise object of the return is in possession, LAURENS will proceed to the examination of the products received and then the return will be made.

The refund of the amount paid for the purchase of returned product will be done as soon as possible and, always subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions.

The customer may make returns of products received in poor condition, either by tare or factory defect, (provided that such defects were not due to manipulation or improper use by the user), or that they have been damaged in transport.

The claim in case of receipt of a damaged product should be made as soon as possible, being necessary to occur within 24 hours after receipt of the order so that it can be covered by transport insurance.

LAURENS reserves the right to refuse the right to return products in cases of violation of the provisions of these particular conditions.

To proceed with product returns with a factory defect, you must send an e-mail to the following address: salesUSA@laurens-cosmetics.com indicating the affected order number as well as the product or products to be returned and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in them.

We will contact the customer to arrange collection.

Then the collection of the products subject to return will be arranged. Except for the defect or tare valued, each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels in perfect condition.

Once in possession of the merchandise object of return, LAURENS will proceed to the examination of the received products.

Proof of the existence of a manufacturing defect and provided that the aforementioned conditions are met, LAURENS will proceed to process with the corresponding manufacturer or distributor the replacement thereof with another of identical characteristics.

If replacement of the product is not possible, LAURENS will inform the customer of said circumstance and proceed to pay the customer the amount corresponding to the purchase of the product.

In the case of receipt of products in poor condition attributable to the transport of the same, and provided that its replacement is not possible, LAURENS will proceed to pay the user the corresponding amount as soon as possible.
